How do I reset my Online Banking ID or passcode?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot ID / Passcode?" and follow the steps to verify your identity via email, phone, or text. You'll be able to reset your credentials immediately after verification.
What is Zelle® and how do I use it?
Zelle® lets you send and receive money in minutes using just the recipient's phone number or email address. It's free to use and built directly into the Federal Crown Bank mobile app and online banking. Sign in and look for the "Zelle" option under Transfers.
How do I dispute a charge on my account?
Sign in to online banking, find the transaction in your account history, and select "Dispute this transaction." You can also call the number on the back of your card or 1-800-432-1000 to file a dispute with a specialist.
Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes. Federal Crown Bank, N.A. is a Member FDIC. Your deposits are insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. Investment products are not FDIC insured.
How do I set up direct deposit?
Provide your employer with your Federal Crown Bank routing number and your account number. You can find both on a check, in the app under "Account Details," or by calling us. Most direct deposits begin within 1–2 pay cycles.
Can I freeze my debit or credit card?
Yes. Sign in to the mobile app or online banking, go to the card management section, and toggle your card on or off instantly. This temporarily blocks new purchases without closing your account.
How do I increase my credit card limit?
Sign in to online banking, navigate to your credit card account, and select "Credit Line Increase Request." We'll review your creditworthiness and notify you of the decision, typically within minutes.
